Orange Nut Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 beaten egg
1 Tbsp. finely shredded orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation

In bowl, stir together flour, sugar, salt and soda.
In separate bowl, combine egg, orange peel, orange juice, lemon peel, lemon juice and oil.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Fold in nuts.
Put batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool in pan at least 10 minutes.
Freezes beautifully.
Makes 1 loaf.
