Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    turkey or chicken
    4 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/3 c. oil
    water
    1 pkg. stuffing mix, seasoned with sage
    2 Tbsp. sage
    celery to taste
    onion to taste
    5 eggs
Preparation
    Cook giblets from turkey or chicken; save broth.
    Mix cornmeal, oil and enough water to blend thoroughly.
    Bake mixture at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Remove and cool.
    In large bowl, mix cooled, baked cornmeal mixture with stuffing mix.
    Add sage, celery and onion.
    Pour in broth.
    Dressing should be moist. Whisk the eggs through mixture.
    Stuff turkey and bake.
