Shipwreck Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium to large onion
    3 to 4 medium potatoes
    1 lb. ground meat
    3 to 4 sliced carrots
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can tomatoes
Preparation
    Slice onion, potatoes and carrots.
    Grease baking dish.
    Layer in order listed.
    Season to taste.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
