Supreme Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. minced shallots
    1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. Jack Daniel's whiskey
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 large tomato, chopped
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine ground chuck, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup cream.
    Shape into six patties.
    In large skillet, add oil and pan-broil burgers over medium heat to desired doneness.
    Remove to heated platter. Keep warm in oven while preparing sauce.
    Cook shallots and mushrooms in pan drippings until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook for 3 minutes.
    Pour sauce over patties.
