Quesadillas Con Salsa De Tomatoe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. tortillas
    salt and pepper
    jalapeno peppers
    white cheese
    3 small tomatoes
    garlic salt
    1 c. sliced onion
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Take 2 tortillas and cut some thin slices of cheese.
    Cover 1 tortilla with cheese and put the other tortilla on the top (like if you were making a sandwich).
    Make as many as you want and put them aside.
    In a small pan put the tomatoes to boil in water.
    When they are ready, put them in a blender for about 30 seconds until the liquid is thick.
    In another pan, put the vegetable oil on medium-high heat with the sliced onions.
    Add the tomatoes.
    Add some salt, pepper and garlic salt to your taste.
    Cut some jalapenos in small circles to add.\tMix and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
