Corn Bread Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. self-rising corn meal
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. egg substitute
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients (corn meal, flour and sugar).
Add oil, egg substitute and milk.
Stir together by hand until moistened. Bake in muffin pan sprayed with cooking oil.
Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
