Red Velvet Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco (can use butter for part)
    7 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 bottle red food coloring
Preparation
    Cream butter and shortening.
    Add sugar and beat.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat well.
    Add food coloring.
    Add dry ingredients with milk and vanilla.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Bake in a 10-inch tube pan.
