Orange Delight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. orange gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. cold water
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant lemon or vanilla pudding
    1 c. cold milk
    1 c. whipped cream
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add pineapple and drained oranges.
    Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and chill.
    Beat pudding and milk until smooth.
    Fold into whipped cream.
    Spoon onto gelatin.
    Chill.
    Add nuts, if desired.
