1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. white balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
4 (6 oz.) salmon fillets (without skin; 1-inch thick)
1 1/2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. coarse kosher salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 lb. green beans, trimmed
4 (3-inch) strips each orange and lemon peel
Preparation

In a small saucepan, bring wine, vinegar, sugar and citrus juices to a boil over high heat. Continue to boil until reduced to about 3/4 cup, 10 to 12 minutes; remove from heat and stir in black pepper.
