Old Granny'S Egg Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lg. eggs
    1 tbsp. melted butter
    1 tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 deep dish pie crust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    In a large bowl, beat eggs for at least two minutes on low speed.
    Add milk and flavoring blending well.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake for 10 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 300 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes longer.
