German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 small potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced
1 small onion, minced
4 slices bacon, cubed and fried golden brown
1 Tbsp. butter
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. vinegar
2/3 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt or more to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Add onion to potatoes.
Cube and fry bacon until golden brown. Remove bacon from pan.
To bacon fat, add butter and flour.
Stir and cook and add vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper.
Let come to a boil and pour over potatoes.
Add bacon cubes.
Serves about 6 people.
