Healthy Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. rolled oats
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Combine buttermilk, sour cream and eggs.
    Mix with dry ingredients and cook on lightly greased griddle.
    Batter may be kept up to a week in refrigerator. Makes 36 pancakes.
