Ujhazy'S Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boiling fowl
    2 carrots
    1 stick celery
    1 parsnip
    2 peppercorns
    1 sprig parsley
    4 large mushrooms
Preparation
    Cut up the boiling fowl and sprinkle with salt.
    Place in a large pan with a small amount of water and bring to the boil.
    Then pour off the water.
    Cover the fowl with fresh water.
    Boil it and then simmer gently.
