Clam Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bacon, diced
2 large onions, cut fine
2 large potatoes, cut fine
1 carrot, grated
1 stalk celery, cut fine
1 pt. clams and juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 Tbsp. flour
pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook bacon in saucepan; add flour and stir.
Add clam juice and stir until thick.
Grind clams and add with vegetables and seasonings.
Add enough water for chowder consistency.
Cook 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
