Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chopped chicken
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) can Durkee onions
Preparation

Cook chicken.
Boil cut-up bell pepper until tender.
Drain pimentos, bell pepper and water chestnuts.
Combine all ingredients in casserole dish (except onions).
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
