Roast Beef In A Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. roast, cut up in 3 to 4 pieces.
    5 to 8 peeled and cut potatoes
    3 to 6 peeled and cut carrots
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 pkg. dry Lipton beefy-onion soup mix
Preparation
    Place all the ingredients in a crock-pot early in the day. Place the crock-pot on low temperature for 6 to 8 hours.
    you will have a great supper with a delicious gravy.
