Party Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. carrots, sliced longways
2 Tbsp. minced onion
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. crushed soda crackers
1 c. mayo
2 Tbsp. horseradish
4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook carrots and reserve 1/2 cup liquid.
Put carrots lengthwise in narrow strips in baking dish.
Set aside.
Combine cooking liquid, mayo, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper.
Pour sauce over carrots.
Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
Dot with butter and bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
