Turkey Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. long grain white or brown rice
2 Tbsp. mandarin peel in syrup
1 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 lb. turkey breast, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch strips
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, slivered
8 oz. snow peas
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. dried mandarin peel
8 scallions
1 (15 oz.) can baby corn
1/2 c. mandarin juice
Preparation

Cook rice according to package directions. Add butter and mandarin peel in syrup, cover to keep warm and set aside.
