Rolled Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium size cabbage
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Core cabbage and drop in boiling water, cored end down, for 5 to 6 minutes or until leaves separate and are soft enough to roll.
