Rotel Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chicken or turkey, cooked
    16 oz. spaghetti, cooked with 1 1/2 c. chicken broth and water
    2 medium onions
    2 bell peppers
    1 stick butter
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth, drain but don't rinse.
    Chop up turkey or chicken and add to spaghetti.
