Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. diced onions
    2 c. diced bell peppers
    1 c. celery
    1 can drained peeled tomatoes
    1 lb. medium whole shrimp
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can water
    2 c. rice
Preparation
    First, cook rice according to package directions.
    Pour oil in large skillet, then put onions, bell peppers and celery into skillet.
    Saute over medium heat until soft.
    Add flour; stir into vegetables.
    Add tomato sauce and water to vegetable mixture. Cook on low heat for 45 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve Creole mixture over rice for a tasty meal!
