Baked Wieners - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped fine and browned in 2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. tomato catsup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. water
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 lb. wieners
Preparation
    Slowly simmer all ingredients, except wieners, for 30 minutes. Put slightly cooked wieners in casserole.
    Pour sauce over them. Bake 45 minutes in slow oven at 350\u00b0.
