Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 small onion
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    2 crushed bay leaves
    12 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 carton cottage cheese
    6 lasagne noodles
    1 small shaker Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground meat.
    Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, onion and seasonings.
    Simmer 1 hour at least.
    Put small amount of sauce on bottom of baking dish.
    Layer with cooked noodles, cheese, cottage cheese, Parmesan, the sauce, then start with noodles again.
    Top layer should be the Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
