Ingredients

1 roll refrigerated sugar cookies
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) jar peach or apricot preserves (warm)
fresh or drained canned fruit
Preparation

Slice cookies thin and place on pizza pan (overlap).
Bake until brown.
Let cool.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread on cookies.
Arrange fruit on top.
Dribble preserves over all.
