*Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. strawberry jam
1/2 c. commercial sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Sift dry ingredients. Combine jam and sour cream and add to egg mixture, alternating with dry ingredients until well mixed.
Stir in nuts.
