Tabouli(Wheat Garden Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bulgur wheat
    1 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 c. green onions, chopped
    1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can black olives, sliced
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    In medium bowl, pour boiling water over bulgur wheat.
    Let sit 1/2 hour.
    In shaker, combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, oregano, basil and cayenne; shake well.
    Mix wheat and vegetables well.
    Pour in oil mixture.
    Mix well.
    Chill for several hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
    Yields ten 1/2 cup servings.
