Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 egg whites
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until frothy, then add sugar and baking powder gradually.
    Continue beating until whites are stiff.
    Fold in crackers, nuts, salt and vanilla.
    Bake in well-buttered 9-inch pie plate at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream, ice cream and strawberries or ice cream and hot fudge sauce.
