Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices bread, cubed
2 lb. regular or hot sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained of fat
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
12 eggs, slightly beaten
4 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

The night before, layer bread, sausage and grated cheese in a buttered baking dish. Combine eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard and pour over the ingredients in the baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 12 to 14.
