Mccullough'S Short Ribs, Crock-Pot Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. English short ribs
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Place thawed short ribs in crock-pot.
    Add brown sugar, mustard and butter.
    Add margarine.
    Set on low and cook for 10 hours.
    Serve with peas and mashed potatoes.
    Delicious.
    Serves 4.
