Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 c. chopped rhubarb
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 egg
    2/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with the chopped rhubarb. Sprinkle the 3/4 to 1 cup sugar and the cinnamon.
    Mix the other ingredients and spread over rhubarb; it will be thick.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
