Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. margarine
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk
1 chopped onion
2 cans drained tuna
8 oz. cooked and drained elbow macaroni
10 oz. thawed frozen peas
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Melt margarine over medium heat.
Stir in cornstarch, salt and pepper until smooth.
Remove from heat.
Slowly stir in milk until smooth.
Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute.
Add onion.
Place remaining ingredients in greased 2-quart casserole.
Stir in cornstarch mixture.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until heated.
