Potato Salad (Mrs. Mac) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    white onion
    2 to 3 stalks celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cut up hard-boiled eggs
    about 3/4 c. mayonnaise
    paprika (garnish)
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in small pieces, then cook until done.
    Cut onion and celery in small pieces and add potatoes while still hot.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add cut up hard-boiled eggs and add mayonnaise last.
    Gently toss and sprinkle with paprika for looks.
