Chicken Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    zucchini
    chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    sliced mushrooms
    celery
    oleo
    oregano
    cooked noodles
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Slice zucchini 1/8-inch thick.
    Bone chicken breasts and cut into bite size pieces.
    Put butter in pan until clarified.
    Pour in olive oil.
    Add chicken, zucchini, garlic, mushrooms, celery, oleo and oregano.
    Cover and simmer.
    Pour over cooked noodles.
    Add Parmesan cheese.
    Toss and serve.
