Chicken Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pastry shell
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    3/4 tsp. basil, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried mustard
    dash of pepper
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
    1 (5 oz.) can chunks style chicken, drained and chopped or 3/4 c. cooked chicken
Preparation
    Place pastry shell on a preheated baking sheet in a 450\u00b0 oven. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Reduce oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, flour, onion, parsley, basil, salt, mustard and pepper.
    Sprinkle cheese and chicken evenly over the partially baked pastry shell.
    Pour egg mixture over all.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven about 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
