Freezer Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cabbage
    2 green peppers
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
    2 medium onions
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 c. vinegar
    2 c. water
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Place
    vinegar,
    water,
    sugar\tand
    salt
    in saucepan. Bring to\ta
    boil, stirring constantly.
    Cool and add mustard seed. Pour
    over\tchopped
    vegetables
    that
    have
    been mixed together in a bowl.\tStir and cover and let stand in refrigerator for 1 day before freezing or leave in refrigerator.
    This keeps almost indefinitely.
