Zucchini Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil (I use Crisco)
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained (1 1/4 c.)
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 to 1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 items.
    Add zucchini, pineapple, flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, baking powder, nutmeg, raisins and nuts.
    Pour into 2 well-greased and floured bread pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
