Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and sugar into a mixing bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then beat in the buttermilk. Add the eggs and buttermilk mixture to the flour and mix thoroughly. Add melted butter or oil and beat well. Set aside and allow to stand for at least 1 hour.
