Kidney Bean Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. kidney beans, drained
    2 to 3 medium size boiled potatoes
    1 onion, diced
    1/4 tsp. sage
    chopped fresh celery leaves
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt
Preparation
    Grind beans and potatoes.
    Braise onion, sage and celery leaves.
    Add this to beans and potato mixture along with egg, flour and salt.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
