Bishop Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. peach brandy (optional)
Preparation
    Mix 1/4 cup flour with dates and nuts.
    Mix all together and bake in loaf pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    This is good sliced with cream cheese between slices.
    Cut into finger slices.
