Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions
    2 green peppers
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cans tomatoes
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. chili powder
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    In 2-quart baking dish, saute onions and green peppers in fat.
    Add meat and fry until mixture falls apart.
    Add chili powder, salt, pepper and uncooked rice. Pour into baking dish; cover and bake 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
