Crab Imperial - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. backfin crabmeat
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 dashes Tabasco
3/4 tsp. fresh thyme or 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley or 1 1/2 Tbsp. dried parsley
paprika
Preparation

Remove all shells from crabmeat.
Mix all ingredients except crab and paprika.
Gently stir mixture into crabmeat.
Put in greased shells or shallow baking dish that has been greased.
