Bread Sauce For Wild Fowl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    2 whole cloves
    2 c. milk
    dash of cayenne
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Stud onion with cloves.
    Place in saucepan with milk, cayenne and salt.
    Bring to boil; simmer about 5 minutes and strain.
    Add bread crumbs; stir in butter.
    Serve with any game bird.
