Garlic Cheese Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits, cooked according to pkg. directions
    1 stick butter
    2 c. sharp cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. link sausage, broiled
Preparation
    Stir butter and 1 cup cheese into hot grits until melted. Add eggs, milk and garlic powder.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle on remaining cheese and top with broiled sausage. Return to oven only until cheese melts.
