Easy Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 stick oleo
1 c. milk
Preparation

Boil 1 fryer or 3 or 4 chicken breasts.
Chop chicken into 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Mix broth and soup, pour over chicken (you may want to add boiled eggs).
Melt oleo and add flour and milk.
Mix until thickens.
Pour gently over 1st layer.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 425\u00b0.
