Ham, Potato And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked, cubed ham *
3 c. cooked, cubed potatoes
1 medium onion, diced
3 Tbsp. green pepper, diced
1/4 c. butter
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
3/4 c. shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Cook onion and pepper in butter for 5 minutes.
Add flour. Add milk and cook until thickened.
Add ham, potatoes, salt and pepper; mix.
Put in 2-quart casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6.
