Barbecue "Flat Jacks" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
    1 can Hungry Jack biscuits
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion; drain fat.
    Add barbecue sauce and Tabasco sauce; simmer.
    Separate biscuits into 10 and place in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Press dough together to form crust. Spread meat mixture over dough; cover with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until dough is golden brown.
