Salpicao - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped carrots, boiled in water and salt
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped green olives
    1/2 c. chopped green onions and parsley
    1/2 c. chopped ham (little)
    1 c. green peas
    3 c. cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. chopped apple
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or more
    1/2 c. chopped pineapple
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a big bowl and mix very well.
    Serve cold with rice and shoestring potatoes.
