Pickled Green Beans(Servings: 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. green beans (French-cut)
1 large onion, cut into rings
1 1/3 c. vinegar
1 1/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. water
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
Preparation

Cook green beans as directed on package.
Boil together vinegar, sugar, water (from beans), salad oil and seasonings. Pour this sauce over layers of beans and onion.
Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
