Trail Bologna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger (lean)
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt (for curing meat)
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid hickory smoke
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cracked peppercorns
    2 tsp. regular pepper
Preparation
    Mix well; put into 2 rolls on wax paper.
    Do not wrap the rolls.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Meat will turn dark.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Pat with paper towel and cool.
