Cheesy Asparagus Or Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of pepper
    3 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut asparagus or broccoli, cooked and drained
    6 oz. natural Cheddar cheese
    grated Parmesan cheese
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter and blend in flour, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
    Add milk all at once.
    Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles.
    Cook 2 minutes longer.
    Add asparagus (cut into large pieces) or broccoli and cheese; stir until cheese melts.
    Garnish with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese and paprika.
    Serves 6.
